Robbandhugo.com ship by 3 methods, UPS standard ground, UPS 2 day air and UPS next day air. We currently do not ship to APO/FPO and PO boxes. We currently do not ship internationally. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will be added to orders shipped to New York state only. Shipments to any other state will not include tax.
Processing
Orders typically ship within 72 hours. Orders placed Monday – Friday before Noon will begin processing that business day. Orders placed Monday – Friday after Noon will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed after Noon on Friday will begin processing that following Monday.
Return Policy
Full price merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the date of delivery.
Sale merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items returned past the timeframes outlined above may be returned for online credit only.
We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered, or washed. All tags must be attached.
Please use the invoice you received inside your package and please give the reason for the return.

Once your package has been received at robbandhugo.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account once the credit has taken place.
